This great resource helps kids jump into faith formation through poetry and exploration of spiritual questions.

The poems include topics that kids will understand such as Car Trips and Neighbors. The poems each explore a spiritual question. Beginning readers can read the poem and then explore the question through thinking, drawing and activity. A Note to Families and Teachers at the end gives ideas for introducing the poems, reading the poems and furthering activities for children of all ages.

Nine poems and activities can be completed during a poetry unit for home school or at the table while dinner is being prepared. This would also be a great resource to send home with children from religious education programs. Suggestions would be to send the resource home on each child's birthday or at a holiday.
